Boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped (cooked) crispy bacon
Directions
- Pat dry chicken breasts with paper towels. Do not rinse. Slide partly open each breast to create a pocket to fill.
- In a medium bowl, mix cheeses, bacon, and Betty’s Ranch Seasoning
- Fill each chicken breast. Optional: can use toothpicks to help hold breast closed.
- Place in air-fryer or oven for 18-20 min (or until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F)
- Serve with your favorite side or vegetable.
