Directions

  • Place thighs and drumsticks in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and Betty’s Lemon and Italian seasonings. Mix well until all of chicken is coated evenly.
  • Place chicken in air-fryer or oven. Air fry setting at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F). Flip pieces over half way through cook time.
  • Serve with your favorite side or vegetable!
