Privacy Policy

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, BENCH PRESS BETTY ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, BENCH PRESS BETTY ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not yet to other international locations.

If you reside outside of the locations listed above, please visit the Contact Me page and let me know where you are located. International shipping fees of merchandise will be handled on a case by case basis. *Some additional duty fees and taxes may be incurred. Please see International paragraph below.

BENCH PRESS BETTY is currently utilizing the United States Postal Service for shipping. A tracking number will be provided, however BENCH PRESS BETTY has no authority as to the delivery's estimated arrival by the shipping carrier. Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions and limitations, your order may be delayed.

BENCH PRESS BETTY cannot control the risk of loss and damage for all merchandise ordered on this web site are after the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier for shipment.

If you receive your merchandise damaged, or your merchandise is lost in transit, BENCH PRESS BETTY will handle exchanges or replacements on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for taking photographs of the damaged merchandise as reference and emailing customerservice@benchpressbetty.com for return authorization and further instructions.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. BENCH PRESS BETTY is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

BENCH PRESS BETTY charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable current state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

I put my heart into designing, development, and production of each of the products listed on my web site, so your satisaction is important to me!

For Apparel, if you need to exchange a shirt or hoodie for a different size, please email customerservice@benchpressbetty.com WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE for a return authorization. Customer is responsible for return shipping method and payment.

All returned or exchanged apparel must be in new condition, un-worn, without damages or odors. You will be returned the full amount paid (including sales tax), however shipping fees are not refundable.

For Custom Blended Seasoning, we are unable to accept any returns of packaging that has been unsealed, opened, tampered with, or used. If purchasing a Variety 6-Pack, all 6 seasonings must be returned sealed, un-opened, and un-tampered with. Please email customerservice@benchpressbetty.com WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE for a return authorization and further instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping method and payment.

You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). BENCH PRESS BETTY reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
