Cheesy Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole

2 cups chopped broccoli (steamed or thawed)
2 cups cooked rice (can use low salt broth or water to cook)
3 cans chicken (drained); or grilled or rotisserie
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Duke Mayonnaise
*(Optional) 1/2 cup sour cream
Salt/Pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Thaw or steam your broccoli, depending on what kind you use.
- Pre-Cook your rise using stove top method or rice cooker. Can use water or low sodium chicken broth.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (excluding cheese) until well blended
- Spread mixture evenly into greased (or sprayed) 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle layer shredded cheese on top and a light extra dusting of Betty’s Bombshell Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning
- Bake in oven for 30min.
- Serve & Enjoy!
