Linda’s Italian Flatbread Pizza

1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 onion, chopped
1 large container of sliced portobello mushrooms
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
4 slices of crispy (cooked) bacon, chopped
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp real butter
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Press out and bake pizza dough per instructions. Allow to cool.
- In a medium skillet, add butter and olive oil, then saute vegetables (excluding tomatoes) until soft.
- Sprinkle Mambo Italiano Seasoning onto vegetable mixture.
- Spread spaghetti sauce onto baked pizza crust, then pile on a layer of vegetables.
- Sprinkle on bacon and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle additional Mambo Italiano Seasoning over top.
- Place in oven for length of time and desired temperature as indicated on pizza dough instructions.
- Slice & enjoy!
