Betty’s Avocado Toast with Fried Egg!

1/2 large ripe avocado, peeled.
1 large egg
Directions
- Place a slice of bread into the toaster.
- In a small skillet, spray cooking spray, then cook egg over medium heat. Removed when yoke is desired hardness. (I prefer mine runny)
- Peel and slice half avocado. To keep other half of avocado green, leave the pit and place in a tightly sealed sandwich bag with the air pressed out. Place extra in fridge.
- Layer avocado onto toast. Sprinkle Bagel seasoning over avocado, then place egg on top and enjoy!
